Manager, Corporate Finance
Total Compensation: ideally up to $140k + bonus (potentially higher)
Reports to: Controller
Client: Confidential
Location: Mississauga
SUMMARY:
Our retained CPG client has engaged The STORY Group to recruit for a Manager, Corporate Finance role.
As a valuable member of the management team, this role will have a broad scope being responsible for or involved in areas that include: reporting, budgeting, analysis, strategy, treasury and tax.
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The specific responsibilities of the role, while not limited to, include:
Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting
Annual financial budgeting
Partner with the operations providing valuable analysis and insight
Identify business risks and opportunities
Cashflow and cash management
Work with external tax advisors on tax filings and tax compliance
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Following are the minimum requirements for the position:
CPA Designation
Broad experience that includes reporting, cash management, planning and analysis
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Strong systems skills
